Terms of Service
The agreement between you and us when you use the platform. It is deliberately short and says what we actually do, including the things we do not promise.
Agreeing to these terms
By using the platform you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind it, and "you" means that company. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Where we have signed a separate written agreement with you, that agreement wins wherever it conflicts with this page.
Access is granted, not bought
This is not an instant-signup product. Every request is read by a person and we may decline one without giving a reason. Supply partners hold a bidder accountable for the traffic bought through it, so reviewing who buys is part of keeping the inventory available to everyone on the platform.
An account can be set to paused. A paused account keeps its data and its campaigns but cannot sign in or make changes until it is resumed.
Your account
- Keep your credentials to yourself. Everything done with your account is treated as done by you.
- There is no self-serve password reset, because passwords are stored only as hashes and accounts are issued by a person. Ask us and we will reset it.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Signing out immediately invalidates every token issued to you, and so does a password change.
- You are responsible for the people you give access to, including anyone you grant advertiser-scoped access.
Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to:
- Advertise anything illegal where it is served, or anything you do not have the right to advertise.
- Serve malware, run cloaking, or misrepresent where a click leads. The destination a person reaches must be the one the creative implies.
- Breach the policies of any exchange, supply partner or publisher whose inventory you bid on. Their rules bind you as well as us.
- Manipulate the auction — falsifying conversions, replaying postbacks, generating artificial traffic, or interfering with measurement.
- Attack, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, evade rate limits, or access data belonging to another account.
- Share your server-to-server postback secret, or embed it anywhere a third party can read it.
We run bot and datacentre filtering, blocklists and rate limits, and we may block traffic or pause a campaign that trips them. Those controls protect the platform; they are not a guarantee that everything you buy is valid, and they do not transfer responsibility for your campaigns to us.
Your campaigns, offers and creatives
You keep ownership of your creatives, offers and campaign data. You confirm you hold the rights needed to run them and that they comply with the law and with any advertising code that applies to them.
You grant us the limited permission needed to actually run them: to serve your creatives, wrap them with click and impression tracking, transmit them to exchanges in bid responses, and store the resulting records so your reporting works.
Budgets, spend and fees
You are responsible for what you configure. Bids, budgets, targeting and rules are yours to set, and spend that follows from them is yours.
Daily and total caps are enforced at bid time: budget is reserved before a bid leaves the system and released if the bid is pruned or times out. Treat caps as a control, not an absolute ceiling — clearing prices, in-flight auctions and reporting from supply partners can settle slightly after the fact, and figures shown in the console before reconciliation are indicative.
Fees, invoicing, currency, payment terms and any deposit are agreed with you separately in writing. Nothing on this page or in the console constitutes a quote or a price.
What we do not promise
- No guarantee of inventory. What is available to bid on depends on the exchanges and supply partners connected at the time. That can change without notice.
- No guarantee of performance. We do not promise a win rate, a volume, a CPA, a ROAS or a profit. Every figure in the product illustrations on our website is simulated and labelled as such.
- No guarantee of a deal. Private and preferred deals depend on terms you agree with the supply partner, not with us.
- Optimisation is not advice. Goal-based bidding and automation rules act on your own historical data. They can be wrong. Rules that pause campaigns are a safety net, not a substitute for watching your spend.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the platform running continuously and we deploy changes without scheduled downtime, but the service is provided without a service-level commitment unless one is agreed with you separately in writing. Maintenance, third-party outages and upstream exchange problems can interrupt bidding.
Support is by the contact route we give you when your account is issued.
Suspension and termination
We may pause or close an account that breaches these terms, that puts our supply relationships at risk, or where we are required to. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it; where the risk is immediate we may act first and explain afterwards.
You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account. On closure we stop bidding, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Anything you owe up to that point remains payable.
Data and privacy
The Privacy Policy is part of these terms. In short: for your account and your dealings with us, we are the controller. For the advertising data generated by campaigns you configure, you are the controller and we act as your processor on your instructions.
That means you are responsible for having a lawful basis for the targeting and measurement you switch on, for the consent signals your supply carries, and for responding to requests from people whose data appears in your campaigns. We give you the tooling — export and erasure operate across bid records, impressions, clicks, conversions, postback records, pixel events and audience memberships in one operation — and we will act on your instructions promptly.
Intellectual property
We keep all rights in the platform, the console, our documentation and our brand. You keep all rights in your creatives, offers, campaign configuration and data. Neither of us gets rights in the other's material beyond the permissions written down here.
Feedback you send us we may use freely to improve the product, without obligation to you.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the platform is provided as is, and we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, arising from these terms. Our total liability in connection with the platform is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your campaigns, your creatives, your offers or your breach of section 4.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes are sent by email to the address on your account before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page moves. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
